I entered the insurance industry at 27 and became one of the youngest high-performing sales representatives at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. By 28, I had broken top sales records and crossed into six-figure income. But what mattered more than the numbers was what I learned to teach: how to show up on calls, make appointments, close clients on the benefits they actually needed, and build a repeatable system that other agents could follow.
